X-Heat – System of “Dry” Independent Heating Elements
The reliability and longevity of an accumulator water boiler are ensured by heating elements (TENs). Electrolux Formax DL series boilers are equipped with a unique and reliable system of two independent “dry” heating elements, X-Heat. The uniqueness of this system lies in the fact that the heating elements have no direct contact with water. The elements are located in special metal cases attached to a flange at the bottom of the tank. This design prevents scale formation, allows the device to be used in half-power mode, saves electricity, and significantly extends the lifespan of the heating elements. Even if one heating element fails, the other continues to operate, ensuring you always have hot water. Thanks to the X-Heat “dry” elements system, the boiler does not need to be dismantled for maintenance and repair.
Convenient Control – Mechanical
The devices in the Formax series are controlled by convenient adjustment knobs, allowing you to set the desired water temperature between 30-75°C.
Multi Memory Technology
A unique feature of the Formax DL series is the Multi Memory technology, which allows you to program and store three individual water heating modes in the device’s memory. The settings for individual modes and water heating temperatures are retained even when the power is off. Once power is restored, the boiler continues to heat water to the previously set temperature.
Universal Installation
Thanks to modern technologies, Electrolux Formax DL series boilers can be installed both vertically and horizontally, enabling optimal installation even in small spaces.
Safety and Energy Savings
The Formax DL series boilers also feature an Eco mode, which heats water up to 55°C. It has been established that at this temperature, the lifespan of the heating element is extended, water is disinfected, and scale formation is practically eliminated. These models also allow for heating power control (3 power levels – 800/1200/2000 W), making it possible to install the boiler in spaces with virtually any power capacity.
4-Stage Protection System
The 4-stage Protect Tank system ensures multi-level corrosion protection of the inner tank:
Special ultra-strong metal alloy resistant to corrosion.
Ultra-strong and elastic enamel coating layer inside the tank. Heavier magnesium anode that captures and neutralizes corrosion particles. A safety valve with a drainage function that protects the device from overpressure in the tank. The boiler is also equipped with an overheat protection system and a ground fault circuit interrupter, providing additional safety during use. Highly Efficient Thermal Insulation The devices use a 22 mm thick polyurethane foam layer for thermal insulation – an eco-friendly CFC-Free material applied using special high-pressure technology. This material is safe for the environment and health, has excellent thermal insulating properties, and minimizes heat loss and energy consumption. Thank you for choosing our product!
