- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, emergencies, natural disasters. Examples of such circumstances include using or handling the product in violation of the user manual, making unauthorized changes or repairs to the device. If the device (or its casing) is opened by the consumer, the defect is considered caused by the consumer unless proven otherwise.
- Maintaining the warranty validity for water heaters implies regular annual maintenance and cleaning if the water hardness entering the boiler exceeds 4 mEq/L and the iron content in the water exceeds 0.3 mg/L. In the absence of relevant documents confirming maintenance by specialists, or if the heating element and electronic board are damaged due to calcium deposit formation on the heating element or its casing in case of a dry heater, the warranty may be voided.
- After the expiration of the standard 2-year warranty period provided by law, the product falls under the extended warranty, valid for an additional 3 years under the terms specified by the Importer in this agreement. During the 3-year extended warranty, which starts 2 years from the date of purchase and ends 5 years from the date of purchase, the warranty obligations do not cover dismantling and installation of water heaters, transportation, and other expenses, and are limited solely to product repair, replacement with the same or similar model and cost, or partial refund of the product cost.
