Warranty Terms for Our Products

Purchases from October 1, 2025 onwards

  • Midea water heaters:
    • Electronics: 2 years
    • Tank: 5 years
  • Valid in:
    • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (importer: KTS Baltic OÜ)
    • Finland, Sweden – 2 years (all components), in accordance with the laws of these countries

Models covered by the 5-year tank warranty:

  • Midea 20ED6 Salute Flex
  • Midea 15EFG Lume Uno
  • Midea 20VI Salute Xpress

⚠️ Attention: The Midea Aqua F3 model is covered only by the standard 2-year warranty.

Warranty Obligations

The Importer (KTS Baltic OÜ) undertakes to provide free defect rectification caused by manufacturing or material deficiencies during the specified warranty period, in authorized service centers or other locations designated by the Importer.
If the product cannot be repaired, the Importer ensures replacement (with a similar model of comparable cost if the original is no longer in production) or partial refund. The Importer decides whether to repair, replace, or refund.

Service Conditions

To receive warranty service, the buyer must contact the Importer within one month of discovering the defect and provide:

  • Customer’s name, address, and phone number
  • Product model, serial number (SN code)
  • Purchase receipt (mandatory)
  • Short description of the issue

⚠️ Important: Do not remove the boiler from the wall or send it to service without prior instruction — this may void the free warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Improper installation or service by unauthorized persons
    • Incorrect use, accidents, or natural disasters
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Opening of the device casing by the consumer (unless proven otherwise)

    ⚠️ Annual maintenance is required if water hardness exceeds 4 mEq/L or iron content exceeds 0.3 mg/L.
    Without maintenance documents, or if damage is caused by calcium deposits, the warranty may be voided.

Buyer Obligations

The buyer must follow the installation, operation, and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements arising in connection with this agreement should be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law.

Purchases before October 1, 2025

For Midea water heaters listed above and purchased in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania before October 1, 2025, the following extended warranty agreement applies:

  • Warranty period: 5 years (full coverage)

Refund Table in Case of Warranty Write-off

  • Within 0–2 years: 100% refund (by the store)
  • 3rd year: 70% refund (by the Importer)
  • 4th year: 60% refund (by the Importer)
  • 5th year: 50% refund (by the Importer)

All other warranty obligations, service conditions, exclusions, and buyer requirements remain identical to those described above (annual maintenance in case of hard water, no unauthorized repairs, proof of purchase required, etc.).
